Deleting your data
AI Cleaner has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. Your photos, videos and contacts are never uploaded: they stay in your phone's own gallery and contacts.
Delete what the app keeps on your phone
Uninstall the app, or open Settings → Apps → AI Cleaner → Storage → Clear data. This removes the app's scan results, its settings and the free-plan counters.
The private vault is stored inside the app. Uninstalling or clearing its data deletes everything in the vault for good. Move items back to your gallery first (open the vault, select them, then Restore).
Delete analytics and crash data
Google keeps analytics event data for no more than 14 months and crash reports for 90 days. To ask us to delete the analytics data linked to your installation sooner, email support@cybercodex.co.in with the subject "Delete my data"; we answer within 30 days.
Ads data
Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Ad networks then can no longer link new data to the old ID.
Purchases
Purchase records are kept by Google Play under its own policy. Cancel AI Cleaner Pro in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
